Using architectural drawings and photographs, we modeled the loft space, all furnishing, and interior design, to create a playable game level experience, allowing you to run around, jump on things, pick up things, open doors, etc. Virtual staging allows a buyer to explore a proper virtual experience of the property on his/her/their own time, on computer or phone. With a VR goggles, the experience is even more immersive.

Using architectural drawings and photographs, we modeled the ship, all levels, all furnishing, and exterior design, to create a playable nautical game level experience, allowing you to run around, jump on things, pick up things, almost smell the ocean air, etc. Virtual staging allows a buyer to explore a proper virtual experience of a vessel on his/her/their own time, on a computer or phone. We designed the entire top deck layout you see, including furniture selection, placement, and the design of a customized outdoor banquette for the bow, and a customized blue and white marble bar. While part of the team worked on the spatial layout, furniture selection, and customization, and customized furniture, our metaverse team 3D modeled the entire ship from flat site plans, all of the furniture, and then combined them in Unreal Engine to complete the playable game level.
